Executive Staff
Vince has been with the CHOICE family since 2008, bringing over 16 years of trading card and print experience to the table. He is surrounded by a tremendous team that brings your custom card projects to life.
When Vince is not at CHOICE, he can usually always be found in South Philly at an Eagles or Phillies game. Vince and his 2 daughters, Ella and Sophia and his wife Jessica love traveling to Disney as much as they can.
Gregory J. Sgambato joined Choice SportsCards in the spring of 2011 after spending nearly a decade working as a Senior Graphic Designer for Baker Printing & Design in Media, PA.
Now serving as the Chief Creative Director of Choice SportsCards, Sgambato supervises an all-star team of creative professionals.
Greg’s primary responsibilities include collaborate with clients and professional partners, implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects, oversee creative team job workflow, train, and guide graphic designers into accomplished professionals, plan and oversee the development of company advertisement presence on social media and web, and manage Google AdWords and Analytics accounts.
Over twenty years’ experience, with design, print and marketing, Sgambato’s expertise along with the savvy Executive Team has bolstered Choice SportsCards as the premier Custom Trading Card company in the industry.
In his free time, Sgambato enjoys spending time with family, gardening, attending sporting events, physical fitness, and trips to the beach.
Kayla has over 8 years of experience in finance with a strong track record of strategic leadership and operations management. She previously held roles as the Finance Manager at a daycare in New Jersey, and the Director of Tennis Operations at Radnor Valley Country Club.
Kayla graduated from Neumann in 2010 and currently lives in New Jersey with her two children, Finn and Abigail and husband Zane. When she is not at work, Kayla loves to go to Disney World and travel.
Production
Operations
Jake is the Production Manager at Choice Marketing. He has been a part of this company since 2014, and during this time, has supervised various operations ranging from prepress to fulfillment. As the production manager, his primary responsibility is ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.
Jake is proud to have received national recognition for his expertise in prepress software, Jobflow. At work, Jake strives to create a friendly and inclusive environment, encouraging his team to pursue and accomplish their goals. Outside of work, he cherishes spending quality time with loved ones and his pets.
Sam graduated from Arcadia University in 2017 with a BFA in Graphic Design. After spending her first three years in the design department she transitioned into the press shop. Her primary role in the press shop is to make sure all of the jobs that come in print, cut, and package out in a timely matter.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach with her family and girlfriend Jenn, she also enjoys softball and golf. Sam is also an avid Flyers and Phillies fan and tries to get to as many games as possible.
Jim has been with Choice since May, 2021 and serves as the Director of Sports Cards Operations. He oversees the Emergency Services Trading Card Program, as well serving as a sales rep for the Sports Cards division.
Prior to joining Choice, he spent 24 seasons with the Wilmington Blue Rocks Professional Baseball Club, the last 17 as the Director of Merchandising. Jim resides in Landenberg, PA with his wife, Jody, and their two daughters, Reagan and Hannah and dog, Cooper. He is a native of Ottawa Lake, MI and a 1994 graduate of the University of Toledo.
Andrew McGee has been with Choice since 2021. He currently oversees the packaging, and shipping departments, as well as supervises our all-star packaging production team. McGee resides in Chester, PA and graduated from West Chester University in 2019 with a B.A. in History. In his free time, he enjoys playing trombone, both solo and with the Marple Newtown Community Band.
Mike Diodati serves as the Senior Graphic Designer for Choice SportsCards. He joined Choice as a graphic designer in March 2021 after spending 10 years in Minor League Baseball as the Director of Web & Creative Services for the Wilmington (Del.) Blue Rocks. In his role with Blue Rocks, Diodati was responsible for the team’s overall creative direction and all graphic design projects. No stranger to Choice, he spent years working with the company on the Blue Rocks’ team card sets!
Diodati graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware in 2011 with a B.S. in Sports Management and has also spent time working with the University of Delaware Football program, University of Delaware Ice Arenas and Philadelphia Wings.
In his free time, Diodati enjoys spending his winters skiing and his summers on the water visiting family in Florida. He resides in Wilmington, DE with his wife, Allison, daughter, Daniella, and their dog, Sadie.
Nadine Novotni is a recent graduate of Arcadia University where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in graphic design. She interned with Choice Marketing in the summer of 2022, before joining the team as a full-time graphic designer in May of 2023. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with family and friends.
